Accessibility Statement
These policies are operational templates for MedSupply. Have counsel review before production use.

Our commitment
MedSupply aims to provide a website and portal that people can use regardless of ability. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and consider obligations relevant to places of public accommodation and digital services under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as applicable.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML headings, labels and landmarks (including a skip link to main content).
- Keyboard-focusable controls and visible focus styles for primary navigation.
- Text alternatives and status messaging that does not rely on color alone where practical.
- Responsive layouts for different screen sizes.
- Language toggle (English / Spanish) for core public and portal content.
Known limitations
Some dense B2B data tables (warehouse picking, price lists) may be harder to use with assistive technology. We prioritize improvements there as the product evolves. Third-party tools (charts, analytics) may have their own accessibility constraints.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us via the Contact page. Please include the page URL and a description of the issue. We will review and work on a reasonable accommodation or remediation path.
Compatibility
We test with current major browsers. Assistive technology results can vary by OS, browser and AT version.
